{"product_id":"p1692","title":"Six Bizen-ware Hidasuki small plates","description":"These are six Bizen-ware *hi-dasuki* (fire-cord) small plates by the popular young artist Yoshiteru Koriki, a former apprentice to the master Sozan Kaneshige. They showcase Koriki's signature rhythmical style—meticulously detailed yet never overly rigid. Beautiful *hi-dasuki* markings appear on both sides, which will accentuate the delicate colors of Japanese sweets or the varied hues of a single dish. The rims are firmly turned, while the central sections are thin and low, allowing for neat and compact storage.\n\nPaper box\u003cbr\u003e\nApprox. diameter 13.5cm × 13.3cm × height 2.4cm (6.7cm when stacked)\n\nYoshiteru Koriki was born in Ako City, Hyogo Prefecture. Influenced by his father, who loved pottery, he aspired to pursue the craft. After graduating from high school in 1989, he apprenticed under the master Sozan Kaneshige and his son Yuho to learn the potter's art. After seven years of training, he built an ascending kiln in Shizutani, Bizen City, in 1996 to strike out on his own, successfully firing his first kiln the following year. He held his first solo exhibition in Tokyo in 2000 and has held annual solo exhibitions ever since. In 1999, his work was selected for the \"Exhibition of Confectionery Vessels I Want to Use,\" and in 2002, he was selected for the \"Tea Ceremony Modeling Exhibition\" for the first time.","brand":"高力芳照","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":46618380271713,"sku":"1692","price":12000.0,"currency_code":"JPY","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0654\/9916\/8865\/files\/1692.jpg?v=1790235565","url":"https:\/\/tourakuen.myshopify.com\/en\/products\/p1692","provider":"川口陶楽苑","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
