{"product_id":"p1783","title":"Kuroshuten","description":"This is a black sake cup by Koichiro Isezaki, who was born as the eldest son of Living National Treasure Jun Isezaki and who breathes new life into the Bizen ware world through his exceptional sense and masterful sculpting ability. It is a brilliant piece with a magnificent luster that can only be described as a glowing black. The matte texture of the yellow sesame glaze acts as a wonderful supporting player, accentuating both the black color and the sheen of the surface. Its somewhat organic form, characteristic of a hollowed-out piece, is also truly wonderful.\n\nSigned wooden box (shiho-san) included.\u003cbr\u003e\nDiameter 8.3cm × Diameter 8.1cm × Height 6.6cm\n\nKoichiro Isezaki was born as the eldest son of Living National Treasure Jun Isezaki. The Isezaki family is a prestigious name in Bizen ware; his grandfather was the Intangible Cultural Property holder Yozan Isezaki, and his uncle was the Intangible Cultural Property holder Mitsuru Isezaki. He aspired to become a ceramic artist from an early age. After graduating from the Department of Sculpture at Tokyo Zokei University in 1994, he studied abroad in the United States. He studied ceramics for about two years under Jeff Shapiro, a ceramic artist living in New York City, which greatly broadened his perspective on art and pottery. After returning to Japan in 2000, he worked on his training under the guidance of his father's disciples. In 2002, he first submitted a piece to the Tanabe Museum of Art Tea Ceremony Exhibition and was selected for the first time.","brand":"伊勢崎晃一朗","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":46618389413985,"sku":"1783","price":16000.0,"currency_code":"JPY","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0654\/9916\/8865\/files\/1783.jpg?v=1790235658","url":"https:\/\/tourakuen.myshopify.com\/en\/products\/p1783","provider":"川口陶楽苑","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
