The piece features a striking, deep red kiln transformation created by burying the vessel in ash within the newly designed kiln. The rim is designed for ease of use, and the piece is sure to provide the owner with plenty of enjoyment as the red tones evolve over time.

Interview with Go Kaneshige

Signed wooden box to follow (please allow some time for delivery)
Diameter 6.4cm × 6.4cm × Height 5.3cm

Go Kaneshige was born the second son of Intangible Cultural Property holder Michiaki Kaneshige and is the grandson of the legendary Living National Treasure, Toyo Kaneshige.
