{"product_id":"p2005","title":"Kohiki Tokkuri","description":"This is a Kohiki sake flask by Motoo Kaneshige, who continues to practice his craft in Mie Prefecture and is the fourth son of the great restorer of Bizen ware, Toyo Kaneshige. This Kohiki piece was slowly fired in an anagama kiln constructed from his own handmade sun-dried bricks, resulting in a natural glaze that veils the surface, creating a beautiful, subtle greenish hue. The greenish veil features a mottled pattern combined with deep, nuanced crackling, giving the piece added depth. Its somewhat compact form contributes to a highly refined aesthetic.\n\nSigned wooden box (Shiho-san) included.\u003cbr\u003e\nRim 3.0cm x Body Diameter 8.5cm x Body Diameter 8.4cm x Height 12.8cm; Capacity approx. 250cc\n\nMotoo Kaneshige is the fourth son of Living National Treasure Toyo Kaneshige and was born in Bizen City, Okayama Prefecture in 1945.
