{"product_id":"p2587","title":"Bizen Hidasuki Bajohai (Horseback Cup)","description":"This is a new Bizen *hidasuki* sake cup by Kousuke Kaneshige, the leader of the Kaneshige school and son of the great restorer of Bizen ware and Living National Treasure, the late Toyo Kaneshige. The clay, refined through traditional methods, creates an incredibly exquisite texture. Its toasted, azuki-bean-colored earthen quality carries a unique character—reminiscent of both metal like bronze and a confection so appealing you might want to eat it. Observing the carved notches on the base, which serve both as a structural connection and a design element, one feels the unmistakable sense of Kousuke-sensei’s style: trimming away the unnecessary while adding a distinctive flourish.\n\nSigned wooden box (shiho-san) included.\u003cbr\u003e\nDiameter 8.2cm × Diameter 8.1cm × Height 7.3cm\n\nKousuke Kaneshige is the third son of Living National Treasure Toyo Kaneshige.
