{"product_id":"p2855","title":"Bizen Hidasuki Sake Bottle","description":"This is a Bizen Hidasuki tokkuri (sake bottle) by the popular young artist Yoshiteru Koriki, a direct apprentice of the master Sozan Kaneshige. The Hidasuki (fire-cord) markings extend vertically from the neck to the body, wrapping around the waist to create a pattern reminiscent of a woven basket. The viscous, glossy Hidasuki intertwines with the slightly bluish-gray clay, showcasing a masterful Hidasuki aesthetic that follows in the tradition of Sozan Kaneshige. The unpretentious, straightforward form ensures that the piece never tires, allowing it to be enjoyed daily without reserve.\n\nSigned wooden box (shiho-san)\u003cbr\u003e\nMouth rim 3.9cm × Body diameter 9.2cm × Body diameter 9.1cm × Height 14.0cm; Capacity 350cc\n\nYoshiteru Koriki was born in Ako City, Hyogo Prefecture.
