{"product_id":"p3018","title":"Bizen ceramic tile","description":"This ceramic plate is the work of Koichiro Isezaki, who was born as the eldest son of Living National Treasure Jun Isezaki and who breathes new life into the world of Bizen ware with his exceptional sense and masterful shaping skills. While it has a clean, modern design, its thick construction gives it a substantial presence, much like a giant coin. It is a stylish piece that would look stunning when used to serve sushi, sashimi, or salad, and its oval cutout adds an intriguing touch, making it equally enjoyable as a decorative plate. Each piece comes in its own signed wooden box (tomobako), making it an ideal gift.\n\nSigned wooden box (shiho-zan)\u003cbr\u003e\nDiameter 20.4cm x 20.2cm x Height 1.9cm\n\nKoichiro Isezaki was born as the eldest son of Living National Treasure Jun Isezaki. The Isezaki family is a prestigious lineage in Bizen ware; his grandfather was Intangible Cultural Property holder Yozan Isezaki, and his uncle was Intangible Cultural Property holder Mitsuru Isezaki, and Koichiro himself aspired to pottery from an early age. After graduating from the sculpture department of Tokyo Zokei University in 1994, he studied abroad in the United States. He learned pottery for about two years under Jeff Shapiro, a ceramic artist living in New York City, which greatly broadened his perspective on art and ceramics. After returning to Japan in 2000, he continued his training under the guidance of his father and his father's disciples. In 2002, he submitted work to the Tanabe Museum of Art's Tea Ceremony Exhibition for the first time, where it was selected for inclusion.","brand":"伊勢崎晃一朗","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":46618520846433,"sku":"3018","price":14000.0,"currency_code":"JPY","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0654\/9916\/8865\/files\/3018.jpg?v=1790237193","url":"https:\/\/tourakuen.myshopify.com\/en\/products\/p3018","provider":"川口陶楽苑","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
