{"product_id":"p3047","title":"Bizen rectangular plate","description":"This is a new 4-sun Bizen plate by Yoshinobu Morimoto, an artist with an exceptional aesthetic sense who continues to evolve in his approach to clay, firing, and craftsmanship. With a primary focus on \"coordination\"—a key theme in Morimoto’s recent work—we commissioned this piece as tableware designed to complement his previously released sake vessels and other items. The versatile rectangular shape offers great freedom in how it can be arranged, and with a little creativity, it will enliven any dining table or drinking occasion. The \"kangen-hidasuki\" (reduced fire-cord) effect—a signature style on which Morimoto focuses, featuring dark scarlet cord markings against a grey base—reveals an even more beautiful character when soaked in water before use.\n\nPaper box\u003cbr\u003e\n27.6cm L x 12.9cm W x 1.4cm H\n\nYoshinobu Morimoto was born in Okayama Prefecture in 1976.
