{"product_id":"p3080","title":"Bizen rectangular plate","description":"This is a new four-sun Bizen plate by Yoshinobu Morimoto, an artist with an exceptional aesthetic sense who continues to evolve in his handling of clay, firing, and craftsmanship. Focusing on \"combination,\" a central theme in Morimoto-sensei’s recent work, he has created this piece of tableware designed to be enjoyed in tandem with the sake vessels and other items he has released previously. The rectangular shape offers great versatility and freedom in pairing, and with a little creativity, it will enliven any dining table or sake setting. The \"kangen hidasuki\" (reduced fire-cord) scenery—a deep hidasuki pattern set against the gray background that Morimoto-sensei has been focusing on—takes on an even more beautiful character if you soak it in water before use.\n\nYoshinobu Morimoto was born in Okayama Prefecture in 1976. He completed the Bizen Ceramics Center program in 1996, and after working independently, held his first solo exhibition in Tokyo in 2004. Since then, he has held annual solo exhibitions throughout Japan, primarily in Tokyo. His works were selected for the Tanabe Museum of Art’s \"Tea Ceremony Forms\" exhibition in 2005, 2006, and 2007. He exhibited at the \"Contemporary Sake Vessel Exhibition\" at Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi (Tokyo) in 2008 and the \"Contemporary Tea Bowl Exhibition\" at Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi (Tokyo) in 2009. He continues to hold solo exhibitions at various locations, including the \"Yoshinobu Morimoto Special Exhibition\" at Tenmaya (Okayama) in 2010.","brand":"森本良信","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":46618525335649,"sku":"3080","price":10000.0,"currency_code":"JPY","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0654\/9916\/8865\/files\/3080.jpg?v=1790237286","url":"https:\/\/tourakuen.myshopify.com\/en\/products\/p3080","provider":"川口陶楽苑","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
