p3195
Bizen Yohen Sake Bottle
This is a Bizen sake bottle by the popular young artist Yoshiteru Takariki, an apprentice of the master Sozan Kaneshige. It features a moist texture with a magnificent scarlet hue, resulting in a kiln change that exudes a gentle warmth. The fine, pale *kase-goma* (stony sesame ash glaze) that accentuates the soft scarlet color is also wonderful. With a capacity of about one-and-a-half *go* (approx. 270ml), it is the perfect size for daily use.

View blog post about this sake bottle

Includes signed wooden box (shiho-san style)
Diameter 9.1cm x Diameter 8.9cm x Height 11.7cm; Capacity 320cc

Yoshiteru Takariki was born in Ako City, Hyogo Prefecture.
