{"product_id":"p3324","title":"Bizen Hidasuki Shochu Cup","description":"This is a new Bizen hidasuki shochu cup by Yoshiteru Kouriki, a popular young artist who was an apprentice to the master Sozan Kaneshige. The work firmly conveys the theme of being true to the clay and true to the fire, a principle he has stubbornly upheld in accordance with his master's teachings. Using the hidasuki technique, which leaves the scenery to the clay and fire, he eliminates any artifice of human hands, creating a natural form with an understated yet captivating appearance. The small, tea bowl-like shape allows it to be used for various purposes beyond shochu, such as for matcha or café au lait.\n\nPaper box\u003cbr\u003e\nDiameter 9.0cm x Diameter 9.0cm x Height 6.5cm\n\nYoshiteru Kouriki was born in Ako City, Hyogo Prefecture.
