{"product_id":"p3342","title":"Bizen-yaki Hidasuki Hand-formed Sake Cup","description":"This is a new Bizen *hi-dasuki* (fire-cord) hand-molded sake cup by the popular young artist Yoshiteru Koriki, an apprentice of the master Sozan Kaneshige. Steadfastly adhering to his master's teachings, this piece clearly conveys the theme of being honest to the clay and honest to the fire. Based on the soft *hi-dasuki* inherited from his master, the piece creates a presence that envelops the viewer in the gentle atmosphere of hand-molding. A characteristic of hand-molded *hi-dasuki* is that the fine finger movements and carving marks of the artist can be felt on the exposed surface of the clay. (*Please note: There is a kiln flaw on the part shown in the seventh photo, caused by a small stone inside; please be aware of this in advance.*)\n\nSigned wooden box (shiho-san style)\u003cbr\u003e\nDiameter 7.5cm x Diameter 7.4cm x Height 4.8cm\n\nYoshiteru Koriki was born in Ako City, Hyogo Prefecture.
