{"product_id":"p3472","title":"Bizen sake cup","description":"This Bizen sake cup is the work of the second generation Fujiwara Rakuzan, a designated holder of an Important Intangible Cultural Property of Okayama Prefecture, who was born as the third son of the master craftsman, the first generation Fujiwara Rakuzan, and went on to create various masterpieces. This sake cup, crafted by the second generation Rakuzan—a man who captivated everyone with his hermit-like lifestyle and exquisite craftsmanship that allowed for no compromise—possesses a certain elegance. Even though it is authentic Bizen ware made from Bizen clay and fired in a Bizen kiln, one is struck by how elegant and refined it looks when created by a hermit so well-versed in taste that he would occasionally display his poetic flair on the accompanying fabric. The texture reflects the calm, characteristic flavor of Bizen, and the rich, purplish *shiso* color in the interior will surely make any sake taste exceptional.\n\nSigned wooden box (shiho-san style)\u003cbr\u003e\nDiameter 7.1cm x 6.8cm x Height 4.7cm\n\nThe second generation Fujiwara Rakuzan was born as the third son of the master craftsman, the first generation Fujiwara Rakuzan.
