{"product_id":"p3662","title":"Bizen Sake Cup","description":"This Bizen sake cup is from Yoshinobu Morimoto's new exhibition. Drawing on the sensibilities he honed through his experiments with the input and output of antique Bizen ware, he has crafted a piece with a dynamic form that conveys a sense of free and vigorous spirit. True to Morimoto's style of challenging the masterpieces of antique ceramics, this piece possesses a powerful form that feels like a miniature tea bowl. The brightly colored yellow sesame glaze (kigoma) is finely speckled across the surface, creating a scene with a three-dimensional quality.\n\nSigned wooden box (shiho-san) included.\u003cbr\u003e\nDiameter 7.2cm x 6.9cm x Height 5.5cm\n\nYoshinobu Morimoto was born in Okayama Prefecture in 1976.
