{"product_id":"p3665","title":"Bizen Sake Cup","description":"This Bizen sake cup is the work of Shusaku Taku, an artist who transforms the daily inspirations he gathers into form, drawing on the Bizen tradition that has matured alongside the continuous activities of people over generations. With an uncompromising dedication to clay and firing techniques, he has masterfully reproduced the style of Momoyama-period Ko-Bizen—specifically the rare, translucent white body adorned with rich *hi-dasuki* (fire-cord) markings. Created in accordance with traditional Ko-Bizen styles, the body of the cup stands firmly with a structured, powerful profile, complemented by the sensual fullness of its base. Viewed from above, the rim forms a beautiful triangle, achieving a perfect balance between functional ease and aesthetic grace.\n\nSigned wooden box (double-crosspiece lid)\u003cbr\u003e\nDiameter 6.5cm × Diameter 6.5cm × Height 5.3cm\n\nShusaku Taku was born in 1980 as the eldest son of Mamoru Taku.
