{"product_id":"p4949","title":"Bizen Sake Cup","description":"This is an earlier Bizen sake cup by Nakamura Shin, a renowned maker of sake ware and tableware and the eldest son of the late Bizen master Rokuro Nakamura. It features the signature Nakamura family style with a faint scarlet \"nuke\" (clear patch), combined with \"sangiri\" (kiln-altered coloring) and a slightly matte \"goma\" (ash glaze). The interior also features a soft scarlet hue, reflecting the care for how the sake looks when poured—a hallmark of Shin Nakamura, who was known as a dedicated lover of sake. It has a large, powerful form, and holding it in your hand while drinking makes the sake taste exceptional. (*Due to the shape of the foot, it may be slightly unsteady.) (*There are no signs of wear or dirt, but please note that this is an earlier work.)\n\nSigned wooden box (shiho-san style)\u003cbr\u003e\nDiameter 7.5cm × Diameter 7.5cm × Height 5.6cm\n\nBorn as the eldest son of Rokuro Nakamura, Shin Nakamura began learning the fundamentals from his father in 1971, dedicating himself to mastering the craft.
