{"product_id":"p5541","title":"Gradated Gold-Leaf Tea Cup","description":"This is a new *susogo* (shaded) teacup by Koji Nakahara, who studied under Fumio Kawabata and aims to create works that suit modern life. The entire piece is covered in a beautiful gold glaze called *susogo-kinsai*, creating an exquisite color contrast between the shimmering silvery surface and areas that have transformed into a deep black. In the center of the piece, there is a mysterious circular golden pattern that looks almost like a fingerprint, lending an air of mystique to the work like a unique, glowing symbol. The dimpled surface, reminiscent of a golf ball, is not only interesting—giving the piece an exotic atmosphere similar to an ancient ritual vessel—but combined with the rough texture of the *susogo* gold glaze, it also makes the cup very easy to hold.\n\nPaper box\u003cbr\u003e\nDiameter 7.8cm × 7.5cm × Height 8.2cm\n\nKoji Nakahara was born in Osaka Prefecture in 1978.
