Hello everyone, how are you all doing? We have been having rather unsettled weather here lately. And when it comes to flowers for this season, surely it has to be the hydrangea, doesn't it? Some beautiful hydrangeas have bloomed, so I arranged them in a hanging flower vase by Kei-sensei. This hanging vase is crafted with a sense of stability, giving it a style that looks just as good when placed on a surface. The generous application of sesame glaze and the pinkish, earthy texture with hints of gold are also lovely. It seems that the gold coloration is caused by moisture inside the kiln, so perhaps this vase was fired during the rainy season, just like this time of year.
