Additional Fees	Transfer fees for bank or postal transfers are to be covered by the customer. Consumption tax and cash-on-delivery (COD) fees are included in the product price. Shipping is free for orders totaling 15,000 yen or more; for orders under 15,000 yen, a flat rate of 800 yen applies nationwide. Gift wrapping is free for orders totaling 15,000 yen or more; for orders under 15,000 yen, a fee of 300 yen per set applies.
Payment Timing	For bank or postal transfers, payment must be made in advance (within one week of placing the order). For COD, payment is due upon delivery. Credit card and PayPay payments are processed at the time of order.
Payment Methods	Cash on delivery, bank transfer, postal transfer, credit card (VISA / MASTER / DINERS / JCB / AMEX), and PayPay are available.
Delivery Timing	For COD and credit card orders, items will be shipped as soon as possible after the order is received. For bank or postal transfers, items will be shipped on the day of or the day after payment is confirmed. Please note that some items may be delayed due to waiting for paulownia wood boxes.
Returns	As a general rule, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an error on our part, please contact us within one week of the item's arrival and return the item via freight collect.
Other	Please note that the actual product may differ slightly from the photos due to your computer's settings or environment. Please feel free to contact us if you would like more detailed information or additional photos of our works from different angles. Since we also sell the same items in our physical store, an item may be sold out after an order has been placed.
