Description
This is a new *hidasuki* (fire-cord) yunomi tea cup by Kazuki Nakamura, an artist who creates works of deep character while carrying on the legacy of the master sake vessel makers Rokuro and Makoto Nakamura. Neither too thick nor too thin, its perfectly balanced proportions make it an ideal vessel that is easy to use and comfortable to hold. Its size is well-suited for shochu as well, and as it is used for alcohol, its beautiful white surface will continue to develop and refine over time. The glossy *hidasuki* coloring is magnificent; the rich hue is a testament to the quality of the clay, seemingly exhaling the gentle scent of the earth itself. Furthermore, the slightly constricted rim is designed to concentrate the aroma of your sake or tea.
