Description
This is a new Bizen tokkuri (sake flask) by Tsuyoshi Kaneshige, marking a new chapter in his career following the milestone construction of his anagama kiln in Kugui. The generous coat of ash creates a gray veil, forming a unique contrast with the distinctive character of the clay. The piece features the precise, earnest aesthetic typical of Kaneshige-sensei’s work, which is a pleasure to behold.
