Description
This Bizen plate is a creation of Kazuki Nakamura, whose work carries on the legacy of master potters Rokuro and Shin Nakamura, resulting in pieces with deep, refined character. Unlike pieces fired with intense scarlet hues, this work offers a fresh appeal with its sophisticated "shiso" (perilla-leaf) purple clay texture. The countless subtle indentations from the hand-beaten technique create a rustic atmosphere, making it a versatile plate for any casual use. At 18 cm (6 sun), it is a wonderfully practical size for any dish.
