Description
This is a new Bizen sake cup by Go Kaneshige, marking a milestone as he moves on to a new stage in his career following the construction of his anagama kiln in Kugu. This piece catches the eye with its vibrant red yohen (kiln transformation) effect, achieved by burying it in ash within his newly designed anagama kiln. Its nearly egg-shaped form enhances the aroma of the sake, and together with its shifting red hues, it is sure to provide its owner with endless enjoyment.
