Description
This Bizen-yaki yohen free cup is the work of Takashi Baba, who was born in Imbe and has loved Bizen pottery since childhood, finding his life's joy in creating pieces and firing kilns. Its slightly smaller, elegant size makes it easy for women to use as well. It is perfect for enjoying a beer slowly, one small sip at a time. The stunning scarlet *hidasuki* (fire-cord) markings are integrated with the intense *haikaburi* (ash-covered) glaze that seems to cling to the surface, telling the story of the mystique of the Bizen kiln, which displays infinite transformations.
