Description

This is a newly kiln-fired black mug by Masao Akiya, who studied under Living National Treasure Jun Isezaki and creates works brimming with a unique originality within a modern spirit. While the design is simple and feels unforced, the smart construction of the handle and the flowing form are very stylish. It is a somewhat large size, making it suitable for use anytime and anywhere. The chic black color, which pairs perfectly with the simple construction, is truly wonderful. (It is engraved with "2012," the year it was scheduled to be kiln-fired.) Paper box
