Description

This is an Ibe sake vessel by Ms. Megumi Sueda, who studied under the master Yasuhito Abe and captivates fans with the unique works she creates as a female ceramic artist. Her delicate style, characteristic of her gender, combined with the profound firing technique inherited from Abe-sensei, forms a singular world of its own. As you gaze at the yellow sesame glaze, you can clearly feel each individual particle, as if a field of golden flowers were in full bloom, dyeing the landscape yellow. Its unique design, featuring a tortoiseshell-shaped foot and floral carvings, is also a captivating highlight. Signed wooden box (shiho-san)
