Description
This is an Oribe sake cup by Yoshinobu Morimoto, an artist with an exceptional aesthetic sense who continues to evolve in his handling of clay, firing, and craftsmanship. This sake cup features the beautiful Oribe glaze of Morimoto-sensei, who never compromises even when working with glazed pieces, always aiming for authentic, high-quality results. The unique design, featuring engraved Roman letters, incorporates dots aligned with vertical carved patterns, resembling the stitching of a garment. Its free and lively character is complemented by its generous size, making it suitable not only as a sake cup but also as a shochu cup.
