Description
This is a new Bizen sake cup by Kazuki Nakamura, a master who creates deeply expressive works following in the footsteps of the legendary sake vessel makers Rokuro and Shin Nakamura. Thanks to the Nakamura family's traditional "sweet" firing technique, you can enjoy the deep, vibrant red of the clay. The *kase-goma* (dull sesame glaze) has taken on a soft brown hue with a smooth, dry texture. The color of the clay inside the cup is an even more intense red, which will likely transform into a beautiful shade with repeated use.
Signed wooden box (double-slatted)
Diameter 7.9cm × Diameter 7.8cm × Height 5.0cm Kazuki Nakamura was born in 1980 as the eldest son of Shin Nakamura.
