Description
This is a Bizen mug by Yoshiteru Koriki, a popular young ceramic artist who was an apprentice to the master Sozan Kaneshige. The fine texture of the unglazed, high-fired Bizen pottery surface makes beer foam even finer and creamier. If you pour your beer in two or three stages, the foam will layer beautifully. Furthermore, by chilling the mug before use, you can enjoy a pleasant cooling sensation, and the damp surface becomes visually stunning.
