Guinomi God is love “new泡沫”

This is a new sake cup by Toru Ichikawa, who made a striking debut after studying under Ryuichi Kakurezaki, titled "God is love 'new bubbles'." It is an exceptionally creative work, true to Ichikawa’s style of giving form to his endless stream of ideas through the supreme medium of clay. While the "bubbles" series is known for its beautiful, effervescent platinum glaze accented with gold lines, this piece has been reborn as "God is love new bubbles," further refining Ichikawa’s signature bold expression. Particularly eye-catching is the "LOVE" featured in the title, rendered in crimson glaze; the way the crimson interweaves with the gold creates a sensuality that almost feels organic. Diameter 9.6cm x 8.3cm x Height 5.7cm Toru Ichikawa was born in Tokyo. He began his apprenticeship under Ryuichi Kakurezaki in June 2011 and established his own studio in Tamano, Okayama Prefecture, in January 2015.
