He inherits the skills and spirit of Sozan Kaneshige.
The simple, unadorned design highlights the beauty of the Bizen clay.
He believes that the work is only completed in the hands of the user.
The two fire patterns of Goma and Hidasuki are difficult to produce beautifully at the same time.
He succeeded in controlling the temperature and devising the placement of this work within the kiln.

He became a disciple of Sozan Kaneshige in 1989.
Following the death of Sozan Kaneshige, he became a disciple of Yuhou Kaneshige.
