Description

He is a disciple of Jun Isezaki.
He completed this work using the hikidashi technique he learned from Jun Isezaki.
Hikidashi means taking the work out of the kiln during firing.
Works that come into contact with the outside air cool rapidly, resulting in a color different from standard Bizen ware.
In this piece, the pine ash deposits become transparent and resemble amber.
The black section is coated in a special clay and takes on an indigo hue due to the hikidashi effect.
The simple design allows you to fully appreciate the indigo beauty of this guinomi.

He was born in 1991 in Hokkaido, Japan.
After graduating from the Design Department at Doto University in 2014, he became an apprentice to Jun Isezaki.
