New sake bottles by Mashiro Aiga have arrived. Trained under Anjin Abe, his work is characterized by its profound and robust firing. However, these pieces are notable not only for their heavy aesthetic, but also for their colors. Much like a traffic light, each bottle features hues of red, yellow, and blue, making for a truly interesting sight when displayed side-by-side. The bottle on the left is red, featuring a vibrant red body accented by lapis-colored glaze drips. The center bottle is yellow, a charming piece with yellow matte sesame glaze and a chocolate-colored clay body. The bottle on the right is blue, an intriguing piece with blue matte sesame glaze and a deep, mature purple clay body. Each piece is priced at 25,000 yen.
