年末のご挨拶

Season's Greetings

Hello everyone, how are you doing?

Kawaguchi Tourakuen will conclude its business for this year as of today.

Thank you very much for your patronage of Kawaguchi Tourakuen throughout this year.

This has been a year of encounters, and I have been able to interact with many different people.

In particular, I have had the pleasure of meeting many artists in their early thirties who will surely carry the future of Bizen pottery on their shoulders.

What these artists all have in common is a profound love for pottery.

Whenever I meet them, their eyes light up as they speak passionately about their craft.

Although their creative styles are completely different, they all say the same thing:

"I love pottery so much I can't help it; this is the only path for me."

In those words, and in their eyes, I can feel the vibrant heartbeat of these young, hidden talents.

I hope that I can continue to help share that heartbeat with you in the coming year.

We look forward to your continued support of Bizen Ware Kawaguchi Tourakuen next year.
