味わい深きは暫時愛用の酒呑なり3

Deeply flavorful is the sake cup I have cherished for some time.

Hello everyone, how are you all doing? Today, for the third installment of our popular "Cherished Personal Items" series, we had the pleasure of viewing the fine masterpieces cherished by Mr. Anjin Abe. With the combination of Joseon Dynasty Katade and Momoyama period Shino ware, it felt as if we were at a curated museum exhibition. Furthermore, while the ceramics showcased are naturally magnificent, the furniture was also top-tier, and I was struck by the high level of Mr. Anjin Abe's aesthetic sense. These are the early Joseon period Katade sake bottle and cup that he uses for his evening drinks. They are favorite sake vessels of Mr. Anjin Abe, and he says he has been using them for 40 years. Lately, he spends about an hour slowly savoring each cup of sake, enjoying a wide range of drinks including shochu and wine, in addition to Japanese sake. And this is a Momoyama period E-Shino square bowl used for serving snacks with drinks. The white of the Joseon period is lovely, but the white of antique Shino also has a wonderful, elegant charm. The way the glaze is applied is truly refined, possessing a allure that makes you want to gaze at it forever. And this is a Shigaraki tea bowl by Mr. Anjin Abe himself. He says it is his daily habit to drink a bowl of matcha with this before breakfast. It has been well-used, and as the matcha has settled into the texture of the surface, it has developed a truly seasoned, weathered appearance. The natural glaze, reminiscent of residual snow, is also intriguing, and this too is a favorite of Mr. Anjin Abe.   What did you think of the pieces cherished by Mr. Anjin Abe? Thank you very much for kindly allowing us to photograph these magnificent masterpieces. Additionally, the Saishiki Bizen sake cup (in a tube) by Mr. Anjin Abe that we just received, along with the Saishiki Bizen sake cup featuring this season's theme of birds, are scheduled to be released tomorrow at 8:00 PM. We have obtained some wonderful works, so please look forward to them.
