Description
This is the latest Bizen sake cup by Jumpei Kaneshige, the eldest son of Kosuke Kaneshige, the leading figure of the Kaneshige family. The magnificent *kase-goma* (dry sesame ash glaze) texture feels so refined that the more you stroke it with your fingertips, the more it seems to possess a living, cellular quality. The contrast between the green of the *kase-goma* and the earthy texture that graduates into a soft, gentle scarlet hue is outstanding. This sake cup offers immense depth, inviting you to engage all five senses—fingertips, eyes, and lips—as you enjoy it.
Signed wooden box (shiho-san style)
