Description
This is a new Bizen sake cup by Go Kaneshige, marking a new chapter for the artist following the completion of his anagama kiln in Kukui. It is a masterpiece characterized by a stunning yohen (kiln-change) glaze that projects the image of the dawn sky seared into the artist's mind. The magnificent scarlet hue truly resembles a sunrise, and when used, the cup will transform into an even more remarkable color as it is moistened by sake.
