Description

This is a new Bizen crane-neck flower vase by Takeshi Kaneshige, marking a new chapter in his career following the completion of his anagama kiln in Kugu. The piece features clay with a slightly yellowish tint, complemented by a variety of "goma" (ash glaze) effects. The understated and rustic shades, such as yellow goma and matte ash, truly capture the natural beauty that represents the essence of Bizen ware. Its muted tones will elegantly accentuate any flowers placed within.
