Description
This is the latest Bizen shochu cup by Yoshiteru Koriki, a popular young artist and a former apprentice of the master Sozan Kaneshige. This piece features a magnificent, dull, violet-toned clay texture achieved by slowly firing high-quality Bizen clay. The exterior is adorned with a slightly glossy, golden-yellow sesame glaze, while the interior displays a dry, brown sesame texture. Characterized by Koriki's signature unhurried rhythmic style, this work is designed for everyday use without ever losing its appeal.
